Our pre-negotiated wholesale rates are generally 30-40% below retail prices.

Price Match Guarantee

One of the many benefits of using Discount Hotel World is that we offer you our Price Match Guarantee. Hotels do change their rates from time to time. If you find a lower rate anywhere else prior to your actual stay we will usually have the same rate already available. So, to save yourself some time before you go somewhere else first see if we already have the price available.

If we don't, but there is a lower rate publicly available online for the same dates and the same hotel or vacation rental and room category, you must contact us prior to the property's cancellation deadline. Deadlines vary by property and travel dates. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the applicable deadline. Bookings that cannot be cancelled are not subject to this guarantee. If your booking qualifies for this guarantee, we will either, at our option, refund the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty.

Requirments for claiming the Price Match Guarantee

• You must have already booked a prepaid reservation.

• This reservation cannot be for one of our non-discounted properties.

• The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (ex: same hotel, same date and same room type).

What should I do if I find a cheaper rate on a competitors site?

• If your Discount Hotel World booking meets the above requirements, submit your request using the online Price Match Guarantee or call us at 800-916-1696.

How is credit issued?

• Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at time of booking. It may take up to 30 days or the next billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

No Discount Hotel World change or cancel fees

As if canceling your trip isn't bad enough, some online travel agencies will charge you for changing your reservations. So we're proud to offer: no Discount Hotel World change or cancellation fees. Go ahead, change your reservation to a different date, we won't charge you for it.
